ABOUT

ANYTHING YOU WANT

Crawfish Meister is a New Orleans-based catering and event krewe built for real-life events — the kind with big crowds, tight timelines, and a few curveballs along the way. We serve up crowd-pleasers from appetizers to desserts, with crawfish boils, BBQ, and wood-oven pizza at the heart of what we do. But what clients tell us they value most is simple: when we’re on it, things run smoothly. The food hits on time. The setup makes sense. The flow works. And you get to actually enjoy your own event.

We’re more than just

CATERING

It’s about you you and your guests

Every event has its own vibe — and your menu should match it. We build menus around your guests, your space, your timeline, and how you want the day to feel. Backyard and casual? Easy. Big company party? We’ll scale it. Parade day chaos? We know the drill. Our goal is always the same: make it taste great, make it feel effortless, and make your guests happy.

Event planning and management

We’re known for the food, but we’re also known for handling the details that keep events from getting stressful. Timing, setup, staffing, vendor coordination, rentals, the “oh wait we need…” moments — that’s the stuff we’re good at. You can keep it simple with catering only, or you can hand us more of the moving parts and let us run point.

Nick DiGiorgio, aka Crawfish Meister

Crawfish Meister is led by Nick DiGiorgio — the guy who’s been cooking, feeding crowds, and running events for decades. Nick is hands-on and detail-obsessed (in the best way). That leadership sets the tone for the whole crew: show up prepared, cook it right, keep it moving, and treat your event like it matters — because it does.

The kind of reputation you can’t fake

We’ve built our business on repeat clients and word-of-mouth, and we take that seriously. One of our favorite compliments says it all: “In 15 years, we’ve never hired anyone else — for anything.” That’s what we’re going for every time: trust, consistency, and an experience that makes you want us back.

How it works

  • Tell us the basics: date, headcount, location, and vibe

  • We build the plan: menu + service style + timeline

  • We show up ready: food, setup, flow, and the little things handled

  • You enjoy it: consider it done — and fun
